Scott Rall has been a Pheasants Forever chapter super-volunteer in southwestern Minnesota for nearly 40 years.  Scott explains his lifetime pursuit of making the wild world a better place, acquiring 65 private properties and converting them into public lands, conducting roadside counts for the MN DNR, working with farmers to plant grass, Guiding the Governor, killing cottonwoods, inspiring others, and so much more…
