Justice for Ellie

While chukar hunting in Idaho, Trevor Henderson’s bird dog, Ellie, went on point and was then shot and killed by a coyote hunter.  Trevor relives the horrific story from that hunt, and describes the events that followed when officers arrived on the scene and told him there was no crime committed.  Trevor shares his mission to seek Justice for Ellie, explains what he’s learned about hunting laws in Idaho and around the country that pertain to bird dogs, what he’s doing to protect all dogs, why he started “The Ellie Project”, and what he wants bird hunters to know about the next time they step into the field.  www.theellieproject | FB: @The Ellie Project
